Description
Served as Project Manager, directing the full-scale on-site execution, spatial construction, and site logistics for the 2,067 sq ft exhibition venue. Managed a strict budget of over £100,000, serving as the central bridge between government officials, renowned artists, and interior designers and specialised on-site contractors, including carpentry, painting, lighting, and multimedia technicians, to ensure all construction met rigorous quality standards. Additionally, oversaw procurement, AV equipment installation, and successfully choreographed the opening ceremony, catering to VIP stakeholders, including institutional directors. Under high-pressure, limited-manpower conditions, successfully translated complex curatorial concepts into a seamless, immersive physical experience.
